End-User License Agreement

1. Scope of Agreement

This Agreement is a legal contract between you and Cortlet. It governs your use of all Cortlet software, including binary distributions, applications, and associated digital materials. By downloading, installing, or using the software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Cortlet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to:

• Install and execute the software on compatible hardware owned or controlled by you.
• Utilize the software for personal projects or internal business operations.
• Create a reasonable number of backup copies for archival purposes only.

Cortlet may, from time to time, provide updates, patches, or bug fixes. You acknowledge that these updates may be required for continued use of the software. While we strive to provide support, we are not obligated to provide personalized technical assistance unless specified in a separate support contract.

5. Privacy and Telemetry

The software may collect basic telemetry data to help us identify crashes and optimize performance. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and does not include sensitive personal information. You can review our data practices at /legal/privacy-policy.

6. Termination

This license remains in effect until you stop using the software or we terminate it. Your license will end automatically if you violate any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the software immediately.
